How to setup a video background in a call

Work in progress, still not working with Teams, and often it crashes

1. Install OBS
2. Install OBS plugin to remove background
3. Download a video desktop background
4. Add media source with video in the background
5. Add video capture and apply to it Filters > Video Filter "Background Removal"
